For my Design Research class, we were to choose an app and analyze a task within the app that we believe contain ‘pain points’. 

Our analysis would include a task flow analysis, and a re-design of the task using wireframes and a final render. For my study I chose Duolingo, the popular language-learning app, after I witnessed my mom experience two frustrations while learning French on the app.
