For the spring semester of my Design Foundations studio, we were given the assignment to choose a design focus to study for 10 weeks. 

Inspired by designers and artists such as Juan Gris, Josef Albers, and Umberto Boccioni, I studied the interactions between color and light. 

The question I sought to answer was: How can colors and forms give the illusion of light sources and three-dimensional forms?
